Great customer service

I am currently having problems with my insurer and their poor service. I received a call from MiWay insurance and was satisfied with the thought of changing an insurer. However an error was made by the sales consultant that reeled me in and was ready to cancel the contract with MiWay a day into it. I then was referred to a lady by the name Ntokozo Mdunge to handle my cancellation; her patience and care made me reconsider immediately. I can say without a doubt that the service she provided is the reason I will be changing my insurer the end of this month.
