great customer service

I was about to cancel my car insurance because I got a less cover with other insurance company, but Thapelo Masinga call and asked if we can review my cover before I make a decision of cancelling my cover, so he helped in to lowering my premium, he helped in a way that he knew what he was advising me on ,he was well informed ,great attitude with good customer service. At the end he gave a cover that suit my pocket and now am staying with miway insurance..
