Great customer Service

I needed help from MiWay to update my policy by adding a few items and also query my premium increase and decided to drop Henry a mail to avoid holding for call centre. This gentleman really takes pride in his work and it is always so refreshing to work with such a dedicated employee. He called me back within a few hours and assisted diligently like he always does. I am lost of words to describe the pride Henry displays when assisting customers.<br> <br> He really displays passion for his work. Not to mention that as always he assisted me quickly and efficiently and in the process saved me from the huge increase in my premiums.<br> <br> Well done and thank you so much to the MiWay team member- HENRY SHONGWE.
