Great customer service

Thanks to Maitumelo from miway I have been retained still in miway. I actually called miway to cancel my policy with them since I shopped for other insurance after the recent instalment hike from miway *weep, weep* however I was transfered to Maitumelo who went out of her way to retain me and made me feel special in the process. Well done miway keep the it up. Ps I been with miway for 6 years and still happy
