Great Customer Service!
I was on the phone with a lovely lady named Katlego, what a darling! She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to get information for me (I was looking at getting a tracker for my car and she left her desk to go speak to her manager instead of sending an email so she didn't waste any of my time.)
