Great customer retention service

<p>I would like to thank Thapelo Masinga of MiWay Insurance for such great customer service. I changed my address from Pretoria to Johannesburg and effectively increasing my risk profile. This prompted my insurance premiums to increase by R300! As you can imagine I was livid and prepared to cancel my insurance, but Thapelo walked me through every single detail which was taken into account in determining the new premiums but most importantly listned to my complaints as a customer. After taking into account the financial impact this would cause, my insurance premiums where reduced to the original amount, dispite the higher risk profile. Thank you so much for such great service, keep it up.</p>
