Great Customer Experience

<p>I called into MiWay Insurance with alot of things i wanted to update on my policy. I was assisted by Mpho Makhene who not only was patient but gave me an opportunity to write all my queries down himself then addressed them individually. With every query i had he explained in detail and i was able to ask clarifiying questions without him getting agitated nor impatient with me. I also have been searching for car stickers to no avail and he was willing to come drop them off but i advised him not too as he is getting married on Saturday and didnt want him to get late going to where the wedding is. He then offered me an alternative by asking his colleague Zandile Nkumande to meet me in the area i reside in to give me the stickers (she will contact me later to pick up). Mpho also transfered me to the WeDrive line and already the gentleman on the other line address me with my name and already knew what i wanted as Mpho had briefed him</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Mpho for such outstanding service, it is indeed one of a kind. i am normally so annoyed by the end of a converstation with a consultant but you have proved that no everyone is the same.
