I accidentally set the incorrect cancellation date on one of my vehicles. I phoned in and was assisted by Vusi Rihlampfu who explained the whole process to me. After asking me to hold, the call cut. As i was calling back in, Vusi returned my call on my cellphone which saved me the hassle of having to once again hold on and start afresh.

I was very impressed with Vusi's service in assisting me to get my car back to being insured for the required period.
