Great client experience and service

Called into Miway to ask for my premium to be reviewed because of the Covid-19 impact on my salary. The consultant was Katlego Mawela, she was friendly and efficient. It was good to speak to someone who is willing to assist and advice. Katlego was unable to initiate a premium reduction, she referred me to her senior.

I then spoke to Thando Qomoyi, he was just as patient and polite. He walked me through the process and confirmed details. He managed to get me a premium reduction which really sweetened the whole engagement with Miway. At this point, I think, even if I was not able to get a reduction, I would still write this review because the client experience was amazing and one that should be promoted.
