Great Call Centre Experience

I called MiWay today to make a few changes on my existing policy as I have relocated to a new house. My call was answered quickly and I was greeted by Zandile Mfuphi. Her attitude was immediately warm and welcoming with a sense of willingness to assist me. Following a few questions back and forth the relevant changes were made on my policy in a timeous and hassle free manner leaving me satisfied overall with my experience.
