Great attitude,patient, product knowledge

I am an existing client. I have purchased a new car, wanted the call Centre to add The new car on my policy.. His welcoming was just out of this world, great attitude, he explained everything clearly, allowed me to ask questions and He still didn't disappoint me, He gave satisfactory answers all the time. I personally feel that we need consultants like him, who will take you through the process and make you understand what agreeing to, and that he has a good customer relation skills. Even though I still complained about how long I have been on the phone, he still made me feel / realize how important it was for me to hear what he has to say, what I am agreeing to in a positive way. Thank you so much for the outstanding service, you are an asset to your company. If only all consultant can be as friendly and patient as you, and know that we as clients are important to the organization and that U as consultant are actually the face of the organization.
