Great attitude by Tumi
Normal yearly increase in premium had occured, however I was not happy as I had not claimed in the past three years and so I gave Miway a call. Tumi was very friendly and managed to accommodate a minimal increase in my premium that I believed was very fair. Overall great service from Tumi. I hope more companies could emulate his service.
