Great attitude at call centre

I would just like to pay a HUGE compliment to Michael Monama from MiWay's call centre in Midrand. I've made some changes to my policy and he went out of his way to phone me after hours, providing me with his personal email address to ensure he receives my supporting documents to make the changes. As promised, first thing this morning he called me back to continue our conversation. He was very helpful and friendly, he really went out of his way to make me feel valued and my concerns important. <br> THANK YOU MICHAEL, keep up the great work!
