Great attitude and service
I had logged a call to MiWay regarding clarity on my policy. My compliant had taken some weeks before they responded to it (this also made me upset) and when they finally did, their agent (Nokuthula) gave me a great attitude and service as she explained everything nicely and handled herself professionally. She calmed me down and even got me smiling just with her attitude, great service and professionalism.
