Great attitude and going the extra mile

I called to update my insurance policy. I have recently moved and had to change my residential address on my policy. Sibongile who was initially assisting me in updating my policy after finalising the update informed me my premiums were to increase by a certain amount. I expressed that I cannot afford the increase she then escalated my concern to her supervisor, Kgomotso. They were really exemplary in working towards reducing my premiums.
