I called Miway to review my policy as i have been with them for a while. Roshiwas assisted me withing a 1st attempt i didn't have to hold for minutes before i was assisted. and the service was better than i expect as i know Miway sometimes can be stressful when you have to call them for such. thank you to her employer for employing the correct person to assist and who is well and fami**** with Customer service intelligence.
