Great Attitude

I got through to this gentlemen, i was ready to cancel my Miway insurance as i was shopping around for a better excess on my premium, but since i have been with the company for over a year and never missed a payment, thought i should first consult them, the Agent was professional, made me fell at ease, went the extra mile, explained all the benefits that would be great for my profile, From the first calculation i wasn't happy then he consulted with his manger and I got a better deal. He even told me what i can do for next year. I first called in and he asked to call back, so i was skeptical to loose him on the line but he reassured me that he will call me, so he took my number while we were both on line and called my cell number, WOW Great never seen that anywhere, He made me fell i was with a great company, Hope i get the same service if I need to claim one day, :)
