Great Assitance

My car stalled on the highway whilst travelling at 120km/h. I was able to safely free to the shoulder lane and contacted MiWay emergency help to assist me with my roadside emergency. Corne de Swardt Refrence - P ********** 5 on the line was so so helpful. He calmed me down. Helped me to work out a plan of where to take my car and then arranged a towing service for me. He was so friendly and understanding and through my tears managed to assist. After sending the towing service he continued calling me every 10 minutes to ensure I was still safe and okay next to the road. Once the towing arrived, he continued calling me to find out how my car was until the car was repaired and back in my care 2 days later. He checked if I got my kids home safelye and if I had managed to sort out alternative transport in the meantime. I did not exptect such great assitance. He really went above and beyond what I would've expected from any insurance. Thank you MiWay
