Great assistance with customer refund

On the 19th of October 2015, I telephoned MiWay to make a follow-up on a request which I had made in December 2014 but which had not been acted upon resulting in me being charged for a service I had requested to be terminated. I was transferred to Henry Shongwe to assist me with my query. Henry immediately requested to call me back, did so and asked me for proof of communication of my request. When I provided him with documentary evidence, he immediately acted on it and promised me that it was resolved and that I should expect a refund soon. During the conversation, Henry was friendly and showed a lot of courtesy.
