Miway is always a pleasure to deal with. I spoke to Phemelo Khunou, who was super helpful, and friendly. I'm not going to lie, I usually dislike phoning insurances because it feels like the calls last an eternity of boredom but Phemelo has an awesome sense of humor that made the entire call entertaining.
