Great and efficient service from Miway (Tumi)

Tumi from Miway assisted me over the phone so quickly. I requested to know if my policy will cover me for towing of my vehicle because it got stuck. He asked me where I was and where I'd like to be towed to and next thing he says someone is one the way. Thanks for the reassurance during a nerve racking time like this.
