Great and Efficient Service

So, I received an email regarding my policy increase, immediately contacted MiWay and Lerato was the agent who assisted me. The initial reason for the call was to cancel because they advised that my premiums had increased. She assisted by checking and reviewing my policy and advised that based on my profile they won't need to increase. All of this in a few mins. SHE HONESTLY MADE MY DAY!!!
