Gratitude to MiWay Team on resolving my query

Due to hectic daily schedule I could not send this note to Miway on time. Thanks a million to Khulu Ngema whom she attended me handled my query so professionally and efficient. The matter was resolved on the 10thOct2015. Khulu has done all the efforts in her powers to come to a solution, and she has to escalate it. Oh! While I was waiting to connect to Khulu as she was busy on the other line, I spoke to a very professional gentleman by the surname of Kekana he is a human not a robot over the phone. <br> My matter was escalated to Retentions, and there I got other professional assert to MiWay by the name of Thapelo Masinga, he attended to my query holistically and came with solution to the matter that has satisfied me as a consumer and the company.<br> They all handled my matter as if it was theirs.
