The Miway team has been helpful to me from the moment I reported the accident I was involved in. The claims department took time to explain all the options I had regarding my vehicle repair process.. Once my vehicle was fixed the legal team took over. They successfully got my excess back to me. I am grateful to Lerato Pilane - claims representative, Anna De Ru - legal advisor and Siphiwenkosi Mkhize for assistance.
