Grateful and satisfied customer

I used the Mihelp Home assistance and was assisted by a representative named, Tumi Kolwane. He was very friendly and assisted me in a way that made the whole claims process very easy and quick. He also made several follow-up calls to make sure that the appointed service provider completed the work required and were corresponded with me when necessary. I am very grateful to Tumi for all his help. People could suggest that Tumi was just doing his job, but when staff of a business go beyond the call of their duties to assist and help a client I feel that recognition should be granted, give credit where its due.
