Grant Ackers is absolutely rude

Grant Ackers is absolutely rude. He kept blocking the fone speaker and bad mouthing me every time I asked him something. No patience and was getting irritated. He thought I couldn't hear him but I did hear and I did confront him telling him I can hear his nasty expressions and comments and he's unprofessional
