I had the pleasure of dealing with Khulu Ngema on 24-5- 2018 at the call centre after a complaint i lodged. Khulu was very understanding and helpful. She solved my complaint quickly and also managed to retain me as a customer after listening to what other offer i had received for alternate insurance. I was called promptly after i lodged the complaint and listened to what i had to say. and actioned the issues i had immediately.
