my policy increased without me being aware, i then called Miway to cancel my policy, i was angry because i did not received an email concerning that. Mmathapelo then apologised so friendly and then asked me what was my problem with the premuim, i then told her that i cannot afford it's too much, she then reviewed it and dropped it down, still i was not satisfied but afraid to tell her, she pointed it out that i do not sound happy, what a releif! i agreed, she then ask her senoir to have it dropped even futher, the answer came back i was satified. she went on to ask me if i am sure this is the right premum for me, i said it couldn't be much better than this, we spoke up until i explained my financial problems, she gave me fantastic advices and wished me very well.
