Got feedback from miway today with regards to my previous complaint

Got feedback from miway today with regards to my previous complaint. According to my guard ( which is the department that offered me the vas). On the first occasion they contacted saps and is giving me a ref no and according to their records I was helped and tow truck picked me up. This is lies as I waited for 4 hours on the road 8n the middle of the Bush before the tow truck arrived. On the second incident I waited on the road for 25 minutes before I was able to get my vehicle stares and moved to a garage. Upon signing up for this service I was not told that they will contact saps to assist me I was told that a private security company will be dispatched, y would I pay someone a monthly fee for them to call saps I can do that for free. This is a total **** and I will not accept this. I am also in the process of moving away from miway if this is how they look after their clients
