Goodbye MiWay; Your service is excellent and unmatched!

I sadly had to cancel my cover with MiWay after an awesome year of cover; Tshepo Denga was very helpful with trying to beat my new insurer and explaining the nuances of types of cover to ensure I get the best deal. I have enjoyed my time with Miway, they were always so easy to reach and always so helpful. Its honestly a shame, I will be back soon. You guys even excelled at the little things like birthday and christmas mailers, your covid-19 response and support was unmatched!

In the meantime maybe talk to your actuaries and check how the new players in the market take other factors like driving times, telematics data and monthly milage into account when doing their risk profile calculations. I really think Miway can go so far ahead with their excellent service, they just need to be more competitive not only against traditional insurers but also against these newer data driven insurers.
