Nhlanhla Nkosi thank you for saving the day. I've been a loyal miway customer for over 10 years and for the first time I was very disappointed in the service I received from Miway. I submitted my claim over a month ago and I have been waiting for feedback and I received nothing. I submitted all the necessary documents but I received no feedback even after writing 3 emails requesting feedback. On 2021-06-03 I called customer care and the friendly Nhlanhla Nkosi assisted me in less than 15 minutes of my call. Keep up the good work Nhlanhla
