I am really happy with the way MiWay responded to my claim. On the 28th of January 2021 after knocking off from my work just stepping out of the door , I got a surprise looking at the parking area I could see that something was wrong with my car , as i got near i was shaking for really someone/ something heat the back of my right back bumper i started sweating and thinking how could this have happened as I check my car every day after parking to see if it’s okay and indeed It was ok that morning.

I totally forgot about MiWay as i was trying to figure out what happened, I phoned my husband who said just come home then it clicked in my mind that I have MiWay lnsurance May be they can help me, After filling in the form on the App I went home, a few days later I got a call from AutoBonn Panel Beaters for Assessment by MiWay 04/02 2021 i was so excited . Guess what yesterday 17/02/2021 Hamilton Pheeha from MiWay called me eish I have tears of joy in my eyes, he’ s so brilliant I missed his call when I called back he answered in a very humbled manner and explained everything to me that MiWay is going to cover and explained how where i didn’t understand. He promised to send me a Disclaimer letter indeed today I got an email and he made sure to follow that email by calling me and re-explained again the procedure.l’m so really humbled by your service Hamilton keep it up your good work.Thank u so much MiWay for rescuing me .
