Good Service rendered by DIKELEDI

<p>I call updating my policy document. I spoke to Dikeledi who assistant me and feel serviced render to me was one of the best. It was the first time calling customer and get help through explaining of things and asking me if I really understand or need further explanation to the information provided. She further emphasize to go through my policy document and make sure everything on policy document is best to my knowledge as wrong information will affect my policy badly when I need to claim. She was giving me more time time to ask and get more clarity to things I don't understand.</p>
