GOOD SERVICE/ GREAT EFFICIENCY
I am impressed with the service I received with MiWay today after I had sent an incorrect email. The Senior Retentions Officer Matsatsi called me to ensure that all was in orders, however she also undertook to reviewing my policy, not only did she bring my excess down but my monthly premium too. A simple courtesy call and probing on her behalf turned into her retaining a happy and loyal customer.
