Good Service from Seipati Ngake, Sandile Gwebu and Nonhlanhla Simelane

<p>I just want thank you for the amazing service given by Seipati Ngake especiallpy for being so helpful and patient with me even when I tried getting a hold of her each and everyday to follow up with my accident claim and she had to bare with me probably asking useless questions but because she was understanding of what I was going through at that time, she tried to accomodate me and made me feel at ease. I just want to say that she ended being a consultant I would turn to if my calls were not being reached through to your offices and I would really gladly appreciate her efforts. </p> <p> </p> <p>As for Sandile Gwebu, I would like to state that he put me in panic mode and scared after he had told me that my recordings were exactly what I mught have said confirming misconcepted information in my policy and that could hinder the process of getting my car back and you guys having to pay out for it and he told me to calm down and that everything will be okay and that I should not worry at all and he will try by all means to help me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Lastly, Nonhlanhla Simelane being helpful with having the patience with me for sending in an amended policy contract to my email address and that she spoke with kindness and with the willingness to help. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you </p>
