Good service from Pieter
Pieter Otto was very helpful during the claims process and was very precise in what he needed from my side to ensure a smooth running process.
He was not just helpful in the process of claiming, but also went out of his way sourcing a new device for the replacement of my ****** Samsung.
He was even willing to squeeze out his best Afrikaans to make sure my claims experience was not the nightmare we all fear so terribly.
