Good service from Ofentse

Ofentse from Miway gave me a call regarding my outcomes of the annual policy review that I was not happy with. Miway's annual review outcome increased my premium by almost R160 pm and I was not happy with this so I requested a call back. Ofentse called me today and after we went through my policy again she managed to lower my premium from this new amount to an amount which is even lower than my current premium. Thanks to Miway for doing things My way.
