<p>i had a good experience today with nokuthula "an outbound agent working for miway". She was friendly, well spoken, smiled with her voice and her product knowledge was on point. She went out of her way to help me and even offered me more assistance. Im very happy with her service and hope miway could get more agents like her.</p>
