Avis delivered a courtesy car to my home on Monday afternoon. The car was assessed on Wednesday and authorisation to repair was givento Renew It on the Wednesday. The proof in the pudding will be in how long it takes to repair and the quality of the repairs. Overall, so far very satisfied.
