Good service for a retainment, I ended up keeping my cover with them

My cover was at the anniversary stage and premiums had to be adjusted, after receiving the revised premiums I called in to discuss it with miway, I then Spoke to Mrs Sithole If I remember her correctly who then looked at my portfolio and realised that I have actually insured everything with them and have been with miway for so long with this factors managed to get me a re-revised premium which is reasonably affordable to me. But it was her transparency that made me fully understand and accept the revised premiums. So for that reason I was happy to keep my policy with Miway as I was ready to move all my covers somewhere else.
