Good service

I ensured my car with retail value and paid it off early this year , so it was not financed. On the 29th September 2019 I had an accident and the car was undrivable, was contacted by an agent from way who authorised the towing of the vehicle within 20 minutes. The next morning was contacted by shannel and I gave all the information that they wanted. She told me that it should be finalised within 14 days. In the next 2-3 days got an e-mail that they assessed the vehicle and it's a write off. Then within a week I was told to courier the spare key and proof of ownership to miway vie PostNet which I did. On the 10 October I got a call that my claim was finalised and approve for payment. it should be paid to my account within the next 3days, indeed it was paid. This was the second claim with miway and I never had an hustle. Just want to thank miway team for the good service and keep on making your client happy they same as you did to me.
