Phoned MiWay Insurance to change home address. Was then informed that my premium would be going up next month due to annual renewal. I told Nompumelelo who had assisted me with the change. She transferred me to Itumeleng a snr consultant and he has reduced my premium by a R1000 due to my profile and number of years I have been with MiWay...
