I would like to compliment the services of Thabani at my way, after a bad experience with my claim process he managed to facilitate that process efficiently. What stood out the most way his communication and following up with every step checking in if my issue was resolved and if I had received feedback from the consultants I was working with. this was a breath of fresh air especially after the ill treatment and wasted airtime in the past week trying to get assistance.
