Good service and assistance in updating my policy

<p>I have used the app and chat message and have updated my commencement date and got some insight on what I am required to do now I have this new policy. 2 of the 3 agents assisted me very well. I had not taken down the name of the first agent, by Given Ntshane assisted me and helped me understand what I am required to do. Sorry that I hadn't taken the name of the first agents name who very quickly helped me with updating my commencement date of my policy. </p>
