Good service

Charlotte has provided a good service and even asked if there is any thing that i needed to ask after she assisted me. this are the type of people that we need to be able to provide a good service delivery. There is a time that she asked me to hold, and at that time she kept on coming back to me indicating that she is still busy on my claim and i should continue holding. That was a good thin and i really appreciated that. she must keep up the good work.
