Good service

Maduvha Thathaisa ...... I submitted my claim with MiWay insurance in April and to this day the consultant assigned to my case is yet to inform me on the status of my claim (3 months later). I decided to cancel my cover with them until I spoke to Maduvha who was polite, professional and very apologetic about this incident (obviously its his job) but nonetheless I decided to retain and continue with their (MiWay) services. So....KUDOS to Maduvha and I appreciate the extra savings on my premium.
