Good Service
I call in to cancel my policy with my way and the assistance I received my professional and efficient. The urgent helped me understand all advantages and disadvantages of my decision with regards to my reason for cancellation and he respected it . He understood my side of the story and didn't only persive things with a selling mentality (meaning not only worrying about sales)
