I took a break after 4 years of no claim from Miway. I decided to return to Miway in May. The consultant re-opened my policy and charged me a joining fee again which to me it did not make sense. She send me the policy documents but did not activate the policy. After several phone calls I made to check if really my property was insured, Thapelo Masinga was very helpful.
