Good service

I had recieved an email with electrnic vouchers and I wanted to retrieve the telephonically as I dont have access to open internet, I called 2 times before but could not be helped but when I apoke to Busisiwe I was able to get help effciently and she also called back to find out if I had been helped and I was satisfied with the service, this showed me that this lady has passion for her work and is willing to serve clients
