As i called the centre is spoke to a kind lady named Nomfundo, who was kind and willing to go the extra mile in assisting me to get the relevant person i wanted to communicate to. she was patient and helpful to me and assisted me timeously. then i spoke to Andrew who is always kind and helpful, assists me in the best possible way. he answering my questions to the best of his ability and i always have clarity at the end of the conversation.
